Python Full Stack/Java Full Stack- Trainer

Think Champ is hiring Full Stack Trainers (Python or Java) to deliver high-quality, industry-relevant training to our students. We welcome applicants skilled in either the Python Full Stack (Python, Django/Flask, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL/PostgreSQL) or the Java Full Stack (Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL databases) — please mention your area of expertise in your application. You will be responsible for conducting live classes (online/offline), preparing structured course content, mentoring students through hands-on projects and assignments, evaluating student progress, and helping students build strong, real-world portfolios ready for the job market. - Strong hands-on expertise in EITHER: • Python Stack: Python, Django/Flask, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL/PostgreSQL, OR • Java Stack: Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL databases - Freshers with strong technical knowledge are welcome to apply - Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring is a plus, but not mandatory - Excellent communication skills, especially explaining technical concepts clearly to beginners - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field - 0-3 years of relevant industry or training experience - Please specify your primary stack (Python or Java) in your cover letter/message when applying
