Delete Your Think Champ Account

How to request deletion
- Email us at [email protected] (best, from your registered email), or use our contact page, or call us on +91 83412 96387.
- Tell us you want to delete your Think Champ account, and give your username, registered phone number and registered email.
- We confirm it is really you (for example by calling your registered number).
- We delete your account and data within 30 days and confirm to you.
What we delete
- Your profile and contact details (name, username, email, phone)
- Your device records and push notification tokens
- Files you uploaded (assignments, projects, documents)
- Your Doubt Chat messages and app activity data
What we may keep
Records we must keep by law, such as fee and payment records, and the details needed to verify certificates we have already issued, are kept for the period the law requires. After that they are deleted.
Deleting only some data
If you only want some data removed (for example uploaded files), ask us through the same steps and say what you want deleted.
